METHODS
In the industry, there are three distinct methods for backglass replacements. One popular approach involves the back, performing touch-ups, and printing on a label. This label is then applied to the glass surface and placed in a high-temperature oven to eliminate bubbles and transfer the image onto the glass. While this method can yield attractive results, it may also result in issues such as malfunctioning graphics color bleed, pixelation, and granulation from the original design.
While translites offer budget-friendly solution, they lack the dynamic light interaction of original backglass. Our true layered back recreation process, crafted by our expert printer and artist, ensures precise measurements and stunning graphics. There are some modifications to the above methods, and they can result in a nice looking printed glass, but the general consensus is less then perfect when it comes to the application of the backglass. As soon as the lights are on it, there is color bleed, missing or non-functioning graphics, light boxes that are not aligned correctly, blurred lines and sometimes visual of the backbox is visible.

Our process preserves the depth and brightness of colors, ensuring remain vibrant and completely conceal the back when unlit. Utilizing special art layers and a state-of-the-art flatbed UV, we create graphics that come to life when illuminated. Each backglass is meticulously crafted, taking about40 hours of artistic dedication to bring the backglass back to life, ensuring a truly exceptional product, that is not a picture of a backglass, it is a backglass replacement that honors the original.
